1. Natural Product Disclaimer

Our products (Attars, Perfumes, Skincare) are crafted using natural ingredients. Please be aware of the following:

• Batch Variations: As we use natural extracts, slight variations in color, texture, or fragrance may occur between different batches. This is a sign of authenticity, not a defect.
• Allergy Warning: While our formulations are gentle, natural ingredients (like essential oils, nuts, or floral extracts) can trigger reactions in sensitive individuals. We strongly recommend performing a patch test on your inner elbow 24 hours before full application.
• Medical Disclaimer: Our products are for cosmetic and aromatic use only. They are not intended to diagnose, treat, or cure any medical condition.

2. Orders and Shipping

• We aim to dispatch all confirmed orders within 24-48 hours.
• Standard delivery time is 3-7 business days across India, subject to location and courier availability.
• Ambar Sukoon is not liable for delays caused by unforeseen circumstances (weather, strikes, or courier issues), though we will assist in tracking your shipment.

3. Returns and Refunds Policy

Due to the hygiene nature of personal care and fragrance products, we have a strict policy:

• No Returns on Used Items: We cannot accept returns or exchanges for opened or used products once the seal is broken.
• Damaged or Wrong Products: If you receive a damaged, leaking, or incorrect item, please notify us within 48 hours of delivery with unboxing evidence (photos/video). We will provide a replacement or refund.
• Cancellations: Orders can only be cancelled before they have been dispatched from our warehouse.

4. Governing Law

These terms shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of India. Any disputes relating to these terms shall be subject to the exclusive jurisdiction of the courts in Narnaund, Haryana.
